IF I DO NOT LIKE MY NUMAG, CAN I CHANGE THEM OR RETURN?

Of course!

- The glasses must be in brand new condition with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

- Returns must be made before 15 days after receiving the product. And shipping is paid by the buyer.

SHOULD I PAY IMPORT TAXES IF MY PURCHASE IS INTERNATIONAL?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receiving the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for customs charges that may apply to the issue. Unfortunately, Numag has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Numag has no way to know how much will be these expenses. Numag not be liable for any actions taken by customs or delivery service package chosen.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our sunglasses are handmade from scratch in our store, so it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with the high demand for our product. Please know that we are doing the best they can to get orders out promptly.

Once cleared the product you will receive it between 3 to 4 days.

I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE. Can I change my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any change of order. The fastest way to get a response from us is by email us to ventas@numag.com.ar. Please be sure to include your order number and tell us what changes should be made. We will ensure that you know as soon as possible, if we were able to make the desired changes.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have not received an email order confirmation, it is probably the result of one or two things:

Your order was never placed and processed.

You entered an incorrect address e-mail with your order

If you are sure the email address associated with your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your email client for the order confirmation. In case you still can not find an order confirmation, please write to: ventas@numag.com.ar
